Those early years honed my operational expertise and gave me a deep foundation across digital channels, media strategy, and high-performance campaign execution.
After eight years in top-tier global agencies, I transitioned in-house to McAfee, where I led growth initiatives across Asia-Pacific, North America, Latin America, and EMEA. Based first in Sydney and later moving to Silicon Valley, I spearheaded the transformation of regional and global marketing programs, scaling customer acquisition while optimizing efficiency.
Later, at Lucid Motors, I was entrusted to build the Growth Marketing function from the ground up — assembling high-performing teams, managing $100M+ annual media budgets, and driving strategy and execution across four continents. My teams and I generated $1.5B+ in pipeline revenue while establishing scalable, data-driven frameworks that helped fuel the company’s global expansion.
